I just found out of Dave's passing, I remember him always smiling in High School and could always make you laugh even if you were having the worst of days. My prayers are with his family. I'm sorry I am so late. Gone too soon but never to be forgotten.

I just learned of Daves passing. I was a Boy Scout with Dave in Long Beach. I have alot of fond memories if Dave and his family. You will be missed, but not forgotten.

Dave was a true friend.. Our times shared together at JFK, C&Bs,Havasu,Off-roading,1970club,Our Laughlin trip in Gandmas LTD,Bar hopping in the LBC and just hanging out with friends will never be forgotten!! Dave was and will always be one of my favorite people that I've had the pleasure of sharing such a long part of my life with.. I love him and will think of him often!

I work at AOPA and David called in last month about his membership.I take about 20,000 phone calls a year and have conversations with many people. David and I probably talked for about 30 min. everything from his favorite tequilla to lots of different topics. He was one of those people that touch your life, I had never even met him in person. He took the time to send me the info. on the tequilla as I live in MD and I had to have it ordered. I went into his membership this morning to shoot an email out and was brought to tears by the fact that I had just spoken with him last month...I can only imgagine those lives that he has touched but be blessed that he was in your lives. He certainly made an impact on me.....

I knew David when he lived in Cypress, California. We were the Emerald Circle kids. I remember David as a very strong kid who loved to ride his bike, who was always there when the "red towel" was out. He invited my brothers and me every year to attend Vacation Bible School at his church. I had not seen him in several years and when I learned of his passing, my heart broke. Dave, I know there are many people out there who will miss you very much. My thoughts and prayers to the family and to Carmen.

What a huge loss. Dave was one of those rare people that are beautiful on the inside and outside. I will miss his smile and his amazing sense of humor. I think of you often, and smile!

I knew Dave in Grade School we rode the Bus together At Bethany.I remembered he was a boy scout and he played hockey with everyone at School.Dave was in my sisters Class with another friend that was still close with him.He was a nice funny guy that I remember and heard about!I am Glad to have known Dave and Sorry for the Tragic lose to his Family.

I hope to continue to be the good friend and person that Dave motivated me to be. He was my friend, brother, mechanic, spider killer and last minute date for 30years. My life has been forever changed by his truly caring and giving nature. I will cherish all the good times and will think of you Dave every time I eat a good meal or have a great glass of wine or hear a bad joke. I have known David for nearly 16 years. He was like an uncle to me. Words can't express my feelings of loss. I am blessed to have known him. David, it was an honor to have met you. May you rest in peace. Thank you for all the great memories. We love you and miss you.

We met Dave at Jack and Ann's house. He was always so nice and friendly. When I think of Dave, I think of his smile and his laugh -- and his passion for building and rebuilding things. I met Dave through a mutual friend over ten years ago when he first moved to Austin. He was always sweet and kind to me and my sister Tina and we always had a great time going out or just hanging out and sharing some laughs. Dave was a one of a kind...a truly genuine and good guy. I am so glad he had Carmen as part of his life. I know she made him very happy.

I have known David since he was about 4-years-old. He was my best friend, a brother to me, my best man at my wedding, and a part of our family. We have lost a big part of our lives. We look back fondly on our adventures and will miss all the future adventures we were planning. We love you David and will miss you!

David and I attended grade school together from Kindergarten to the 8th grade. We have kept up with each other since then. I am at such a loss right now as he was such a true gentleman and friend. He will be greatly missed.
