Randy Tumlinson, a lifelong friend who will officiate the services, also to Betty Mayberry and the caring staff at Pflugerville Care Center and Lighthouse Hospice. Richard was a very special person who was dealt a very difficult handicap at an early age, but always had a smile, and that smile with those beautiful eyes did touch many lives. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the ceremony.
