Jeannette Anderson Jeannette Anderson, 72, of Leander, Texas, passed from this life on May 2, 2006. She was born on February 14, 1934 in Knox City, Texas to Charlie Curry and Beulah (Austin) Curry. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was baptized at the First Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas. After graduating from Denton High School she attended Texas Women's College now known as Texas Women's University. It was during her high school days at Denton High that she met Paul Jackson Anderson. They were married at the Little Chapel-in-the-Woods on the campus of Texas Women's College in Denton, Texas on July 24, 1953. Survivors include three children: son, Paul Eric Anderson and wife Riani of Austin and daughters, Jane Marie Hurst and husband Steve of Marble Falls and Kristi Jeannell Smith and husband Daniel of Round Rock; seven grandchildren, Kristoffer Anderson, April Beatty and husband Cody, Bill Hurst, Daniel Hurst, Tory Hurst, Erien Anderson, and Elleanore Anderson; three step-grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Aaron Smith and Annabel Smith; one great-grandson, Cuyler Beatty; one brother, Charles Curry and wife Carlene of Irving; two sisters, Barbara Seals and husband, Wimpy of Tomball and Myrna Sizemore and husband Lee of Nashville, TN; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is Thursday, May 4, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2006 in the chapel of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Peace officiating. Interment will follow at the Liberty Hill Cemetery in Liberty Hill. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.mem.com.
