Jeff is survived by his mother, Jeanne McCoy of Austin; four brothers and their wives, Michael and Agnes of Round Rock, Kevin and Carol of Houston, Joseph and Melanie of Flower Mound and John and Kathryn of Round Rock; three nieces, three nephews, his uncle and aunt, Maurice and Betty VanSpeybroeck of Moline, IL as well as several cousins and their families. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at half past one o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 23rd of March 2013, at St. Louis Catholic Church, 7601 Burnet Road, Austin, Texas.
