Kenneth Robert Adams Kenneth Robert Adams, 62, lost his battle with cancer on March 16, 2008. After graduating McCallum high school and a brief stint in the Army, Kenneth spent his entire adult life as an HVAC technician, whose knowledge and talents will be sorely missed. He loved the area lakes and fishing and was an avid UT fan. Born in Wharton, TX to James Horace Adams Sr. and Margaret Alsup Adams, Kenneth has lived in Midland, Corpus Christi, and the Austin area - always in Texas. Preceded in death by his parents and brother James Horace Adams Jr., he is survived by daughter Kandice Rene Adams, and two brothers - Fisher and wife Sue of Midland; Herbert and wife Carolyn of Austin. Also surviving is his wife, Cheryl; her two daughters - Laura and husband Kevin Watson; Patricia and husband Clif Sullivan; and eight dearly loved grandchildren: Riley, Emma and Ian Adams; Alexandra, Zachary and Matthew Watson; Bridgett and Jacob Sullivan. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of ADC, NAMC and Lighthouse Hospice for their endeavors, care and support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the charity of your choice. Memeorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills. Please join us in honoring Kenneth by visiting or Memorial at www.MeM.com. Through this site we invite you to share your thoughts and fond memories with our family.. http://www.mem.com
