Obituary Condolences

William Harrell Glass June 8, 1941 - July 3, 2013 Harrell departed this world on July 3, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Lillie Glass of Bella Vista, Arkansas; his mother, Ozell Glass of Leakey, Texas; brother, Carrell Glass of Leakey, Texas; son, Keith Glass of Dripping Springs, Texas; daughter, Tami Clark and husband Jeff Clark of Bella Vista, Arkansas; grandchildren, Kasi Cook and husband Gerard Cook of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Sara Hicks and husband Steven Hicks of Bentonville, Arkansas, grandson, Chance Glass of Johnson City, Texas; also two great-granddaughters, Allie and Kinsley Cook and numerous nephews and nieces. Harrell was born on June 8, 1941 in Austin, Texas. He lived in and around Austin most of his life, but called Dripping Springs, Texas his home. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1959 to 1964. He returned to Austin, Texas after being discharged. He worked and lived in Austin, Texas until 1972, when he and his family moved to Dripping Springs, Texas. He owned a small construction company from 1993 to 2000 when he had a massive stroke which left him paralyzed on his left side. He still enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping until his health wouldn't allow it anymore. He and his wife moved to Bella Vista, Arkansas in 2011 where he lived until his death. He has now gone to be with Mam-ma and Grandad. Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday, July 6 at Crofts - Crow Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday afternoon at Puryear Cemetery in Dripping Springs. Pallbearers will be Chance Glass, Jeff Clark, George Glass, Willis Glass, Russell Glass, Trevor Glass, Gerard Cook and Jason Foxworth. Semper Fi!
