Justin Royce Taylor Justin Royce Taylor of Austin, Texas left this world on August 29, 2012 shortly before his 38th birthday. Born in Victoria, Texas, on September 1, 1974 to parents Pauline Haile Young and Royce A. Taylor, Justin enjoyed a childhood surrounded by family and friends. At the age of 13, he moved to Corpus Christi where he took up surfing, which turned out to be the love of his life. He loved the water and the freedom of being out in the open. Justin graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in environmental science. He worked for the National Guard of Texas in Austin as environmental specialist. He is survived by his devoted mother Pauline (Jimmy) Young of Boerne Texas, his best friend and partner in life Rachelle Sedenik of Austin Texas, numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many wonderful friends.
