Gordon Lee Willis Gordon Lee Willis, 66 years old, passed away peacefully on Feb. 13, 2013 at his home in Creedmoor, Tx. He was born on June 24, 1946 in Austin, Tx. Gordon served his country honorably for 22 years in the U.S. Air Force. He completed two tours in Vietnam and other tours including Egypt, Korea, Japan and Thailand. Gordon was always known for his big heart, kindness and generosity and was always the life of the party. Gordon is survived by his lovely wife of 45 wonderful years, Jacqueline, his two children, Kevin Lee Willis and his wife Sheila, and Denise Willis and his 5 grandchildren, Erin Ramirez, Chris Ramirez, Gavin Morris, Josh Diskin and Brandon Willis and one great grandson, Alton Lee Willis. He is also survived by his Father-in-Law, Duke Glenn, Brother-in-Law, Robert Glenn and wife Linda, Sister-in-Law, Jocelyn Henderson and husband Daniel along with nephew Charles Hurry and many friends. A memorial service and a celebration of Gordon's life with full Military Honors will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 11:00 at the South East Baptist Church, 5020 Turnersville Road in Creedmoor, Tx. Gordon's Ashes will be scattered in Palacios Bay, Tx per his request. In lieu of flowers and in honor of Gordon Willis' life, you may make a donation payable to Jackie Willis toward an education fund for his grandchildren's future.
