Beverly Ann HOLFUS Obituary
HOLFUS, Beverly Ann

A blessed angel was welcomed into heaven by our Lord and Savior on March 6, 2014. Beverly was born January 5, 1936 in Owosso, Michigan, to Lyle and Mable Ginther. She was the middle child of two older sisters Barbra and Delores, and two younger brothers Duane and Wendell. Beverly attended Lainsburg High School and graduated in 1954.



Beverly married Richard Holfus on September 24, 1955. They spent 58 years together and had four children, Ken Holfus, Keith Holfus and his wife Christine, Kathy Smith and her husband David, and Kelli Sosa and her husband Javier; grandchildren, Andrew Holfus and his wife Stephanie, Casey, Dylan, Corinna Holfus, Ciara and Cassie Sosa, Haleigh Smith; and one great grandchild, Lyndon Holfus.



Beverly was very active in her community as well as Northwest Hills United Methodist Church where her love of singing showed with the choir. She was a Stephen Minister and a volunteer at St. David's Hospital. She was also an avid bowler and a part of leagues in California and Texas.



She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Wendell Ginther.



She will be truly missed by all here on earth whose lives she touched.



A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at The Worship Place (Sun City) at 11:00am.
