1950-2014
Our beloved David Rodriguez, age 64, resident of Kyle, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 6, 2014.
Mr. Rodriguez served proudly in the USMC from 1969-1971, where he received a purple heart for his services in the Vietnam War.
He is preceded in death by his parents Antonio and Anastasia Rodriguez, mother Tomasa Godoy, and nephew Thomas Villarreal.
He is survived by his loving wife Margaret Rodriguez of 25 years; children Monica Rodriguez, David Rodriguez Jr., Christopher Trevino, and Valerie Trevino (Joe); 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and sister Lupe Villarreal.
Recitation of Holy Rosary at 7:00p.m., Tuesday at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South)
Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at San Jose Catholic Church 2435 Oak Crest. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
