Her faith in God, special friends and relatives, and her love for sports helped her endure her difficult challenges. Always a cheerful and upbeat personality, her smiling face will live in the hearts and minds of all those who knew her. Sherri was an amazing person. She over came incredible odds because of her learning disabilities to be that best that she could be. She made a difference in people's lives. Her wardrobe usually consisted of something burnt orange and UT jewelry. She received cards from UT coaches, Mack Brown, Rick Barnes and Chris Ogden. She also received an autographed UT baseball helmet and an autographed picture of the UT football team along with pictures of Coach Mack Brown and his staff.
