To Dear Beth and Children,
I have such wonderful memories of playing bridge together and of enjoying his sense of humor at numerous parties. David was one of a kind.

I was privileged to play with David Earl during his so-called "retirement". I cherish those practice sessions and gigs. I also had the honor of walking into the Faulk library with my young children and pointing to his engraved likeness and saying "David Earl Holt is a friend of mine". I will never forget him.
