Sylvia Jane Harper Sylvia Jane Harper passed away at home on October 12, 2011 in the presence of her twin sister Sarah. She was born on November 7, 1972 in Dallas to Doretha Harper and Dave Silver. She had two children Semira, 17 and Demarcio, 14. She grew up in Dallas and Buda and graduated from Hays I.S.D. She worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant and was a member of Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Sylvia was a great friend and mother and a beloved sister. She brought laughter and smiles to whoever knew her. She had a brilliant sense of humor and brought joy to whoever's life she touched. She will be greatly missed. Sylvia is preceded in death by her father, Dave Silver. She is survived by her sisters, Sarah and Teneisha Harper of Austin, Texas; her children, Semira Essoufi of Del Valle and Demarcio White of Austin; her grandson, Jerrell Fisher Jr. of Austin; her brothers Charles and Anthony of Dallas; her mother Doretha Harper of Del Valle and her sisters Krystal Ford and Keanna Silver of Houston, Texas. Memorial service Friday., Oct. 21, 11:00 a.m. Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church.
