I am so very thankful to have had the opportunity to know Odell and be a part of his life. Such wonderful stories he had to share. He was just sure his first grandchild was going to be a girl named after him....Ezralene Odellene. I'm so glad it was a boy. I know Dustin will cherish his memories with his papa forever.

I remember first meeting Odell when Brian and I were showing lambs through FFA at Leander High School. He was very kind then and always was so thoughtful and giving since Brian and I have been married. Odell will be missed, however, I just know he is in a better place driving a motorhome.

Dad, thank's for being there. Baseball, show lambs, hunting, and fixing trucks that I wrecked you were always there. I hope your setting next to Coach Rupp watching the Wildcats play in front row seats. You will forever be in my heart and soul, I love you! Brian

Mildred, I remember you and Odell coming to Kentucky to visit Truman and Loretta driving your RV. I would get to tour the RV and it was beautiful inside. I know Truman and Loretta loved it when it was time for you all to come visit.

Today one of the biggest men in my life was laid to rest. He was was a man of honor love, faith in the woman he loved truth in every thing he said and a will to persevere and overcome whatever situation was presented to him. Once again I love you papa. That night on a pier on the ocean side will remain in my mind forever when you were looking over the fish on the line tellin me how big it was, I still don't know to this day if it was a fish or just one helluva rock I caught but I believed every second of it and cherish it so when I see you again we will go fishin once again.

I'm so sorry to hear of Ezra's passing. Your whole family is in our hearts and our prayers. I can't help but imagine Dad and Ezra may be sharing some pearls of wisdom and laughs out there in that big blue sky. When Dad passed in July, people often said "he's in a better place"... with the both of them there now, all I have to say is "that darn lucky better place, they've got two great guys".
With deepest sympathy,
Kelly Lehrmann (Ken Johnson's daughter)

I love the memories i have of when all of the family would gather at ma and pa's house. In later years after Odell and Mildred moved to Texas we would get together and i love to listen to Odell, Truman and mom talk about when they were young. I have very fond memories and will cherish them forever. I love you Odell and will always cherish the memories i have of you and Mildred and Brian and Larry. I Love you all.

Ezra was my department manager at IBM in the 1960's. This man was an honest, fair, and a excellent boss. I left IBM in 1977, but have fond memories of the people I worked with, like Ezra. Thanks old friend!
