M.A. Jackoskie Obituary
M.A. Jackoskie Our precious Papa, M.A. Jackoskie (known to many as Jack or Babe), went Home with our Lord on Friday February 1, 2013. Our hearts are broken to see Papa depart. Knowing that Papa is with Jesus is of great comfort and that Gregg and Zachary were awaiting his arrival. How blessed we are to have been a part of Papa's life. His spirit lives on in each of us and a part of each of us went with Papa. We are all comforted to know that he will always be with us. Papa is known and loved by many for his caring heart, generosity, selfless acts of kindness and his witty sense of humor. Known as a "Jack" of all trades, Papa had a unique and creative way to repair, replace and install things. When you think of Papa, remember his smiling face, his laughter and love shining from within. Papa was selfless, unconditionally compassionate for his family and to anyone that crossed his path. His laugh could warm your heart and his smile was infectious. Papa would want us to laugh and rejoice for a life well lived and to continue feeding his Grand puppy Vienna Sausages from a fork! Papa was reunited in Heaven with his son, Gregg and grandson, Zachary. Left behind to continue the loving and caring nature he taught us are his wife, Claire, daughters Janine Bell and her husband ("Son" to Papa) Chris Bell, Gina Graham, Stefanie Jackoskie and grandson Jayson Jackoskie. Private services will be held at a later date. His love and enjoyment of life, friends and family have opened the gates of Heaven. He is in the arms of our Lord Jesus. Though we are heartbroken, Papa has left us with a lifetime of love, happy memories and stories to sustain us until we join him in Heaven!
