Herman WEIGELT Obituary
Herman Charles Weigelt, 89, of Round Top died January 16, 2014. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 20 at 11:00 a.m. in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Round Top; interment at Florida Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, Jan, 19th, from 4-7 p.m. at Fayette Memorial in La Grange.
Surviving are four daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Jim Parish, Jeanette and Mark Shepherd, Denise and Mike McHugh, Karen and Kenneth Koerth; seven grandchildren, Gene Lambert, James Parish, Jr., Julie Whiteneck and husband, Chris, Vincent Shepherd and wife, Lesley, Megan McHugh, Sean McHugh, Nicole Koerth and Zachary Koerth; one great-granddaughter, Emerson Whiteneck; two sisters, Ethel Mikeska and Virginia Weigelt; and one brother, Marcus Weigelt; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife Julie, sisters, Edith Klump, Eurline Lyman and brother, Edmund Weigelt.
Funeral home arrangements by Fayette Memorial Funeral Home. Memorials may be sent to the Round Top-Warrenton Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 145, Round Top, Texas 78954.

Denise and family, it's been a long time - LaDonna McKinney from the old neighborhood. I was in Round Top three weeks ago on a church retreat. The trip brought back so many beautiful memories of you and your family. Your mom and dad were so kind and generous to take so many of us up to "the cabin". Thank you and God Bless you all. Your mom and your dad made a difference in this world, they gave a young girl some of her most cherished memories.

Karen & family, I am saddened by the loss of my friend Herman. Herman was so respected by myself & hundreds/thousands in our construction industry. He was a carpenters' carpenter with exceptional skills and high integrity known shown more than when we built Second Baptist Church together. With fondest regards, Charlie Nelson.
