We echo the previous writings about the love, kindness, and helpfulness of Phyllis as well as her talent for cooking and stitchery. We have fond memories of and items from Phyllis that are cherished. A special memory is of having them join us in Lesjofors, Sweden to celebrate my father, Art Pearson's, 78th birthday, in 1982, with a roast moose dinner provided by mutual Pearson Swedish cousins. We always enjoyed their visits to Moline, IL

We had the pleasure of knowing beautiful Phyllis for over 20 years. We were neighbors in Austin and stayed in touch after we moved away in 1997. She was the best neighbor anyone could ask for, always happy and cheerful and willing to help in any way. We loved her delicious baked treats and her cooking as well. Phyllis made us each (pillow) quilts and we still use them. When we would visit or speak on the phone she would always ask about each of our family members by name, and our family enjoyed hearing about our visits with Phyllis. We thought of her as a part of our family. We all loved Phyllis and will miss her. Our deepest condolences to her family that she loved so very much. May your loving memories bring you peace and comfort. Rest In Peace dear sweet Phyllis.

Phyllis was always an inspiration! She spread an incredible amount of Christian love and joy through decades of serving others. Even just a small chat with her was uplifting. I cherish very special handcrafted items that she had sewn which testify of her amazing skill with needle and thread!

What a gracious lady. Always smiling, always happy. We didn't have the pleasure of knowing Phyllis for a lengthy period of time, but it was time well spent.
We played games together, spent time talking and laughing and sharing....you know Swedes love talking and laughing. We are very grateful that God gave us the opportunity to meet and know Phyllis....'Tho we know she is at peace, she will be sorely missed. Love and Blessings, The Giirls, Cindy and Vanessa

Oh what good times the Lind and Pearson
families could have together. Phyllis was such a good friend to my mother and dad and to all of us. She was always very attentive and had the right words to say when needed. I will miss her and
know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Love. Shirley Stewart

The Pearson and Lind families have been entwined for many years, our parents being best friends. Phyllis and mom shared EVERYTHING. Mostly via phone the last few years, a few months ago when they were together you could feel the love between them and the happiness of being together, and how mom enjoyed their visit about 3 weeks ago on the phone. I know the generosity of Phyllis, especially when my dad was so sick and calling me when she couldn't get mom on the phone, to make sure she was okay. We will miss you, Phyllis, I know you are painfree, enjoying your Heavenly home and experiencing the love of God. Rest in peace, you are loved and missed.
