Mackenzie Lyman Obituary
February 11, 1995 - February 26, 2016
Salem - "Kenzie" Mackenzie Noel Lyman, 21, died Friday, February 26, 2016 with her best friend and love of her life, Bailee Ray Candello-Southwick. She was born on February 11, 1995 in Dallas, Oregon, the daughter of Joe Rene' and Krista Kathleen Luker Lyman. She graduated from South Salem High School in 2013. She joined the Army Reserves where she had the opportunity to meet some of her best friends. She was full of energy and joy and love. Kenzie enjoyed spending her time with her family and friends. She was a great cook and would often times bake cookies for the men at the Brightwood Mill in Redmond, where she was currently working. She enjoyed hiking, trips to the beach and spending time with her friends in front of the campfire. Mackenzie was kind and compassionate. She was accepting of all people and loved unconditionally. Kenzie was a sweet and caring big sister to all of her siblings.
She is survived by her mother Krista Luker; father Joel & stepmother Islynn Lyman; brothers Drake Lyman and Perry Freeman III, sister Payten Lyman, twin siblings Dylan Lyman and Avery Lyman; grandparents Pati Fowler, Joe & Becky Luker, Stan & Charlotte Lyman, Don & LaVerne Rutledge, with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will begin at 3:00 pm Saturday, March 12th in the Grace Community Church. Private interment will be in the Dallas Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
