KEIZER - David Lee Curry passed away suddenly on Thursday at the Salem Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. David was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1942.
David joined the US Navy when he was just 17 years old. He married Paula Bruner in 1964 and they had a daughter Stella. They divorced in 1986 and he later married Nanci Lowery on December 21, 1998.
David was an Auctioneer and a Commercial Realtor for 40 years, most recently with Coldwell Banker. David loved to fish and his favorite thing to do was play golf.
David is survived by his wife Nanci, daughter Stella Tanner (Pat), step-daughter Danna King (Quintin), brothers Ray (Cody), Tom (Marjorie), Jim (Jane) and sister Vicki Morace (Bruce). He is also survived by his grandkids David, Jason, Kyle, and Megan Brown; Emily and Jared King and two great-grandchildren.
There will be a celebration of life held from 4 to 7 pm on Wednesday, March 20th at McNary Golf Course in Keizer. Please come and share stories and celebrate David's life.
