Johnie Eldred Moore
May 24, 1968 - November 6, 2013
SALEM - Johnie Eldred Moore passed away on November 6th, 2013 after a lengthy battle with dementia. Johnie is survived by brothers Jesse Moore of Salem and Bruce Moore of Myrtle Creek, Oregon; sisters Loni, April, Patsy, and Diane of Myrtle Creek, Oregon and Mother, Jeanie Moore-Bostrom of Potlatch, Idaho.
Johnie spent many years in Sutherlin, Oregon and has many friends there. He enjoyed festivals, having coffee at his favorite restaurant, riding bikes and visiting friends.
Before his illness, he was what you would call "happy go lucky" and always seemed to be smiling. Jesus watched over him on Earth and Jesus is watching over him now.
Johnie will be missed!
A viewing will be held from 9:00 am until Noon on Saturday, November 16th with services beginning at 1:00 pm at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service in Salem. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 pm at Fox Valley Cemetery in Lyons.

We had Johnie live with us for a while because he was having problems. But he made it, He Graduated from Lebanon Union High School. Johnie was a special person welcomed into our family. He always had a smile and always wanted to do thing to help others. His joy of life will be missed and so will that great big SMILE of his. God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
