SALEM- A devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister, Lorrie passed away, by the grace of God, in the company of her family and friends.
Lorrie was born in The Dalles, Oregon to Janice and Ray Lavender. In life Lorrie always saw the humor in any situation. Smart, witty, sarcastic and funny there was never a dull moment. Her charismatic personality seemed to reach out and touch the heart of anyone who crossed her path. Her smile lit up any room and left an everlasting impression on the soul.
A beautiful and kind woman, Lorrie was a friend, sister, second mother, mentor, pillar of strength and confidante to many. She is lovingly remembered by her grand babies as "Mamma." Lorrie was an avid reader of fiction and true crime. She enjoyed collecting Betty Boop and Garfield memorabilia as well as adding to her Pez dispenser collection.
Lorrie is survived by her husband, Kent; daughter, Andrea; sons, Kyle, Joey and Kody; stepson, Kevin; grandsons, Joshua, Ethan, Teigan and Bransen; brother, Jerry; and sisters, Mila and Angie.
