When I was six, Al took me and father up in a Maroon Cessna (I think) during some festival at the Salem airport. I was hooked the moment we left the ground! I credit Al in providing the flight that gave me a life-long dream to fly. I never have earned my pilot's license, but I want to thank Al for planting that seed. I will never forget him.

We will miss Big Al very much. We always enjoyed beeing with him and Margaret when we visited Salem. Fare well Big Al
