Phyllis Jean Frank (80) passed away Nov. 22, 2013, at home. She was born April 1, 1933, in Valparaiso, Ind., to Dr. J. R. and Agnes Webb Frank. Ms. Frank was a graduate of Indiana University, majoring in music. She was a gifted pianist. Upon moving to Jacksonville, she served as legal secretary for several firms. For the past number of years she had been employed at Florida State College Jacksonville, North Campus.
She is survived by a brother, Thomas (Martha) Frank of Indianapolis, Ind., and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Florida State College Foundation, 501 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202-4030 to help fund scholarships in Law Enforcement Training.
