Richard Anders Larsen, 82, died June 15, 2014, at Flagler Hospital. He was born on Dec. 20, 1931, in Staten Island, N.Y., and resided in St. Augustine, Fla., since 1995. Richard was a Korean War veteran. having served as a communications officer at an Army base in Japan. He then established a lucrative career as an HVAC build systems engineer in New York City and ran his own company for over two decades. He was a true family man and always brought joy, laughter and good life perspective to all his friends and loved ones. He was an avid lover of golf, road trips, conversations with strangers and the Sunday Times.

He was survived and will be missed by his wife, Corazon B. Larsen; his daughter, Linda Fiore; and his stepchildren, Leo Gonzales, Maria Errera, Minnie Bogert (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Daniella Errera, David Russel Reynes, Brett and Bryce Bogert; and his stepbrothers-in-law, Edwardo and Luis Barrios.

A visitation will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday June 21, 2014, at St. Johns Family Funeral Home.
