Anna Marie Peck (Captain, Florida Army National Guard) 43, of St. Augustine, Fla., died Oct. 12, 2012 in St. Augustine. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and had resided in St. Augustine for the past 17 years. She was a graduate of Flagler College. She was the first female commander of the 53rd Brigade Support Battalion Forward Support Company of the Florida Army National Guard. She held the rank of captain and had over 15 years of service. She was a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 6 p.m. Friday Oct. 19, 2012 at Craig Funeral Home Chapel.

She is survived by her parents: Charlotte and Bruce Farmer and Franklin and Debbie Peck; sister, Melinda Peck (John); brothers, Tony Peck (Sharra) and Larry Farmer (Lindsey); and eight nieces and nephews.
