Debra Ellen Cullipher, 58, St. Augustine, died June 13, 2104, at her home. She was born in Tonawanda, N.Y., and had resided in St. Augustine since 1973, moving here from San Diego, Calif. She was retired from the Department of Military Affairs after 28 years of service. She served as a volunteer with Haven Hospice and with the Happy Hookers of the Council on Aging, and she also attended Homeport Christian Church.

A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday June 18, 2014, at St. Johns Family Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Whitten, officiating. A visitation beginning at 5 p.m. will precede the services.
Flowers are gratefully declined and those wishing may make a contribution in her memory to Haven Hospice or to the Council on Aging.
She is survived by three children, Prudence Williams (Jimmy), Chip Cullipher (Daryl), Peter Cullipher; grandchildren, Ty and Brea Cullipher and Bryson and Garrison Williams, all of St. Augustine. She also is survived by her mother, two sisters, and one brother.
