Paul R. Mumford, 72, went to be with God after a long illness June 24, 2014, at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla. Born in Pennsylvania, Paul became an engineer for Milacron, Inc. Much of his work involved working closely with the automotive industry in Detroit, Mich. He was always an example of professionalism. His kindness, honesty and integrity will forever be his legacy.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Susan; mother, Virginia; daughter, Fran (Lane) Lobaugh; brother, Edward (Rosa) Mumford; grandchild, Kaleigh Arthur; and nephew, Chad Mumford, and many other family and friends.
There will be a visitation from 4 to 7:30 p.m. with prayers at 6 p.m. at Craig Funeral Home Thursday, July 3, 2014. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2014, at 10 a.m. at The Cathedral Basilica with the Very Rev. Thomas Willis, as Celebrant. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cathedral Basilica's "Rejoice & Restore" Capital Campaign, 35 Treasury Street, St. Augustine, FL, 32084 will be greatly appreciated.
