STEELE - Funeral service for Randolph Lamar Bowlin, 73, was held on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Pilgrim's Rest Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Coy Ray Brothers officiating. Burial was in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Mr. Bowlin died June 23, 2013. Mr. Bowlin was a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy and was a graduate of Ashville High School. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Ann Bowlin; son, James Randy Bowlin and parents, Johnnie and Margie Bowlin. He is survived by his daughter, Polly (Rodney) Gibbs; sons, Tim "Slim" (Lori) Bowlin and Mark Bowlin; grandchildren, Bradley Bowlin, Justin Gibbs, Andrew Bowlin, Katie Bowlin, Lacy Bowlin and Devon Bowlin; great grandchildren, Sarah and Sophie Gibbs and Rylie Kelsoe; brothers, Danny Robert (Linda) Bowlin and John (Janice) Bowlin. Pallbearers were friends and family. Honorary pallbearers were grandchildren. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Gadsden Regional Medical Center, RN's April Wood and Keith Ollis, Drs. Terregosa and Echeverri, and Gadsden Health Care and Rehab. Morgan Funeral Chapel and Crematory directed.
