Jack Dorough Obituary

PELL CITY - Funeral services for Jack R. Dorough, 76, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 5 at Kilgroe Chapel. Interment will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Mr. Dorough died Aug. 2, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Edna Dorough; and his sister, Evelyn Watson. He was a member of Cropwell Baptist Church. Survivors are his wife, Hazel R. Dorough; sons, Robert L. (Brenda) Dorough and Eddie J. (Debra) Dorough; daughter, Susan J. (Terry) Wilson; brother, Joe M. (Sandy) Dorough; sister, Shirley (Hugh T.) Lonergan; five grandchildren, Natasha (Daniel) O'Konski, Rebecca (Joey) Lee, Josh Dorough, Matthew Wilson, and Colton Dorough; and four great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Kirsten O'Konski, Mykah and Mason Lee. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4 at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered at www.kilgroefh.com Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City will direct the services.
