Eleanore was born December 27, 1924 in Stevens Point, the daughter of Carl and Agnes (Walenski) Wrycha. She attended local schools, and worked in a factory in Chicago during the war. She worked as a waitress for weddings and enjoyed cooking for her family. She made the BEST angel food cake! She liked to play bingo, listening to polka's at church picnics and on the radio on Sunday mornings, and growing flowers. Her love though was her family, and the time she spent with them especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond in 1992, one sister Clara Glenn, two brothers Ray and Edward Wrycha, and one son-in-law Bill Kearney.
