Hey Brig & family, God I love you all & my heart aches for you (all). We both lost our beloved brothers unexpectedly. I don't believe time heals all wounds, but guess that's where our Faith comes in. Had the opportunity to play golf with Pat on weekends many times over the years. He was a tough competitor, and a pleasure to play with. Never heard a negative word come from his mouth. He talked little about his work, but could carry a conversation with anyone, and frequently would. I will miss him on the golf course!!!

My favorite memory of Pat was when we were playing together at UMSL and were flying to New York for games. Pat got up in the middle of the flight and did a solo rendition of Sinatra's "New York, New York" and received a plane filled ovation for his crooning. Dearest Marianne, Maggie and Michael, you are so much in our prayers and in our hearts. Pat was the best kind of "great" man. He was one of those rare people who could always put a smile on your face and a song in your heart just by being in his presence. We are so blessed to have had him in our lives and to have known his friendship. Every time I step up to a tee box, I always hear him whispering in my ear "Shoulder, shoulder." Our time with Pat was way too short, but we will smile through our tears as we think of him. I can't think of a better tribute to anyone than that. Love you all so much.
