Every time anyone touches my shoulder I think of Uncle Sherd. I always knew when he was around because he would fondly pinch my shoulder. I only wish I could have seen him again before he passed. I would have told him I loved him. He will be missed. James S. MacZura and Family

Aunt Bev, Mary Jo, Tom, Patty, Ted, Kathy, Jen and families;
It is with my deepest sympathy, condolences and prayers that i write during this most difficult time for all of you and us, that God Most High will bless us all with His Loving Mercy and Care.
I am most distressed and sorry not to be in attendance in person myself, and as representative for our family as it was for me to have completed but is not within my power to do so.
i eternally beg your forgiveness for this.
May The Divine Assistance remain with us always and Uncle Sherd rest in the Peace of Christ Jesus and may all the souls of the faithful departed rest in His Peace and let His Perpetual Light Shine upon all of them and us now and forever, Amen.
I miss all of you more than you will ever know and ask God's protection on all of us.
With all my Love and Prayers, Your cuz, georgie porgie

My prayers are with everyone! The good times, are also with everyone...Like when Jasper would come over, and tell us little Sparrow kids, "hey, it is raining.", and behold, we would look up, WAY UP, at him, EVERYTIME, and he would make sounds of a storm. EVERYTIME, we fell for that one. I love you all. Pattie Sparrow-Tuhill

It has been a great privlege being Sherd's orthopod for most of my career. I found him to be a soft spoken gentleman who was the kind person that made medical practice enjoyable. His loved ones should find strength in the happiness he brought to many. Sherwyn Wayne MD Kirkwood, MO./Naples, Fl.

Dear White family, Please accept my sincere condolences in the death of your dear patriarch. You will remember me from the days of Road Runner Express when I worked at EIS Brake parts my first "real" job, where one of my duties was to call Sherd and order a trailer for our freight. I had the pleasure of chatting with him almost every morning for 7 years. He was a dear soul and will be sorely missed. Condolences to the children that I knew, Tom, Ted and Patty. Patty will remember me from the days we went to Grace Church together. He was a big man with an even bigger heart!
