Allin, Stephen Craig, MD 75, of Bella Vista, AR, passed away July 3, 2013. He was born February 4, 1938 to the late Clifford Leon and JennieV (Garner) Allin. In addition to being one of the first Board Certified Emergency Medical Physicians, Stephen was a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve Force, an avid golfer, trivia buff, and enjoyed traveling the world. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He is survived by his wife, Madeline, his children Matthew Allin of Kansas City, MO and Janet Obert (Bradley) of St. Louis, MO, stepchildren, Amy Jo Kilgore (Ralph) of Forsyth, MO and Andrew Kilgore (Angela) of Blue Eye, MO, sister Juliann Lane (Glenn) of Norman, OK, brother David Allin (Jan) of Albuquerque, NM, and grandchildren, Molly, Katie, Ryan, Lucas, Shaelea, Kylie Jo, Chloe, and Sophie. Commander Stephen Allin will have a U.S. Navy Burial at Sea. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Healing Hands of Mercy Massage Foundation, P.O. I can't believe it! I thought of him always he was really a great friend to us I saw the Bella Vista Write up too..buried at sea he would love that.
