Newsham, Clare  
Newsham, Clare 81, baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, February 24, 2015. Dear sister of Judy Collins. Preceded in death by brothers Bob (Betty) and Jim and brother-in-law John Collins. Clare was a long-time resident and elementary school teacher in Seattle, WA before returning to St. Louis. She was an active community volunteer in her retirement. Clare will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends. Services: A memorial Mass will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church, 12 West Glendale, Webster Groves, on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please say a prayer for all of those with dementia and their caregivers.

Nicks, Amelia Alves at the age of 93, on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Loving mother of Amelia Jene Fowler (Robert), John Thomas Nicks (Catherine) of Dallas, PA and Jeffrey Barrett Nicks; dear grandmother of John Thomas Nicks Jr. and Amelia Elizabeth Fowler of Houston, TX; dear great-grandmother of Amelia Ithomiine Pratt; dear sister of Bruce Alves (Jeanette) and the late Pauline and John; aunt, great-aunt cousin and friend of all. Amelia was a life long resident of St. Louis, a graduate of Webster University and she served at area hospitals as a Chaplain. Amelia was a devout Episcopalian. Services: A Funeral service will be conducted at The Episcopal Church of The Holy Communion, 7401 Delmar Blvd., at Jackson Ave., University City on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment St. Paul Churchyard. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions appreciated to The Guild of Holy Communion Church. Niethe-Lopez, Lillian entered into the Hope of Christ's Resurrection, February 27, 2015 Most cherished wife and best friend of Louis Lopez. Lillian will be missed by her many dear friends and second family Dawn, Scott and Steve Meyer; Lisa, Larry, Alexandra and Claire Meyers. For over 20 years, Lillian and Lou traveled the world together dancing and laughing their way across 6 continents. They built a beautiful life and home together and Lillian will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank the wonderful caregivers of St. Anthony's Hospice program Services: Visitation will be held Monday, March 2, 2015, 4-7pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa, St Louis, MO.
