Eugene R. Ferguson

Ferguson, Eugene R. December 14, 1935 October 05, 2013. Eugene Ferguson was born in Kirkwood, MO in 1935. He joined the US Marine Corps in 1953. He was a drill instructor at MCRD San Diego in 1957 and was stationed at Camp Pendleton in 1965. He retired from the Marine Corps in 1973 and from the reserves in 1976. He served in the end of the Korean War and completed two tours of duty in Vietnam. He retired as a Sergeant and he was a Champion Marksman earning many awards for Sharp Shooting. He was very proud of his career as a Marine and loved serving his country. Semper Fidelis!
