Graye, Kristine Marie (nee Gross) 10-26-1962 to 2-6-13. Passed peacefully at home with her family, after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer. Kris was the loving and cherished wife of Vincent L. Graye and the dear mother of Joel V. Graye. Kris was the daughter of Patricia (Edward) Shanahan (nee Quillinan), and the late Richard Gross; sister of Karen (Stephen) Reid and Kathy (Jim) Spatola. Kris greatly enjoyed making people feel special, including her much loved nieces and nephews Sarah (Dan) Bradley, Michael (Ericka) Reid, Meghan Reid, Jamie (Ryan) Masters, and Tony Spatola. Also including her dear great nieces and nephews, Joey and Max Bradley, Avery and Olivia Reid, Molly and Maci Masters. Kris enjoyed spending time with her family and many close friends, cooking, exercising, vacations and managing the office of the family's roofing company. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at Siteman Cancer Center West, the staff at Seasons Hospice, and Kris' friends and family members who provided many delicious meals, love and support. Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Monday, Feb. 11, 11:30 am to Assumption Catholic Church for 12 noon Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
