Margaret Ann Daust

Daust, Margaret Ann (nee Grams), daughter of Henry and Marie (Zajkowski) Grams conceded her long battle December 1, 2012. She was adored and a hero to her devoted husband Greg, her daughter Heather and her son Aaron. She was also lovingly supported by siblings Marie Fisher, Carol Miller, Jane O'Reilly and brother John Grams. Her generosity and love of life was also appreciated by nieces, nephews and friends who became a solid extension of family. Mag set an example of strength and perseverance to all who had the honor of making her acquaintance and witnessing her struggle. Her silent, humble support in cherished roles of wife, mother, sister and friend were further exemplified in the lessons she taught. Her voice, long silent, will forever resonate. Services: As she wished, she was revered in a private event for immediate family with subsequent burial at Jefferson Barracks surrounded by her husband, daughter and son. In lieu of flowers, the drive thru at White Castle should be frequented. Alternatively, a steak burger with double pickles and double mustard at the most convenient Steak n' Shake should be thoroughly enjoyed, daring not to forget the diet coke. It is these simple pleasures that will be sorely missed. Donations to Mercy Health Foundation, Hospice Dept., 615 S. New Ballas, St. Louis, MO 63141 appreciated.
