I had the great pleasure of working with Greg in Greensboro. What an excellent architect. What a kind, friendly man. My deepest sympathy to the family. The Lord is an expert at healing the broken in heart and binding up their wounds. My prayers are with you, God bless you. He is greatly missed.

As I went to school with Greg, I remember him being a happy and smiley guy. He would find a way to help you, if you needed it. I am sorry to hear that this happened at an early age. You have my deepest sympathies.

I think back to my more youthful years as I read many of these entries, and I remember Greg full of life. There is a joy in his presence and his presence now fills heaven with light. The smile of his comes up time and again in each of these entries. What a smile he has! We are all blessed and lucky to have known such a person as Greg. God keep us all in his care especially those who are closest to him. I for my part have been out of touch and far away for sometime, but have been touched by this most moving loss. Being a person of faith, I firmly believe that Greg is with our eternal Father and his Son Jesus Christ in the fullness of the Holy Spirit. And I know that he is praying for all of us. My prayers, small and feeble as they are, are for Ken and Lynn and Amber.

As with so many people I have known Greg most of my life. He meant as much to me as a brother and I love him dearly. He was never without an encouraging word or a shoulder to cry on. Words cannot express how much he will be missed by everyone that knew him.

I had the pleasure of having Greg as a good friend since my second year of high school. We played trumpet in band together, ate lunch together in the BHS cafeteria, cruised in that green Duster together saran wrapping cars or eating Slyders, etc. When I reflect on fun memories in high school, Greg was part of them in some way. After high school we kept in touch and I always had a place to go for the 4th of July for his fireworks displays and for a good New Year's Eve party. Yes, Greg had me in mischief as well from time to time. Somehow he got away with it.
Greg was loyal, fun, loved people, and a warm man who I appreciated. He was a reflection of his parents, who always loved people and welcomed anyone with open arms. His had a heart of hospitality. He showed how much he loved Amber whole-heartedly in so many ways. May Amber and the Bochantin family receive Christ's comfort from such a tremendous loss. I feel honored to have known such a man as my friend Greg.

This has been so hard for me. I will miss this dear sweet boy. He was much loved and still is by me and Grant. He was the best man my daughter could have ever had. His smile is always in my heart as well as his good natured personality. His death was entirely too soon and I will never understand it. We love you Greg.

I also had the pleasure to work with Greg in Greensboro; he was my mid-western buddy who shared my love for Dunkin Doughnuts and White Castle Sliders. But more importantly, as a professional he cared about his co-workers as well as the clients that he worked with. He took the time to make a personal connection with everyone and will be greatly missed by his friends and the professional community in Greensboro.

Ken, Lynn & Nancy, Kathy told me about Greg tonight and I just couldn't believe it. I remember the little boy at the bowling alley and I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to know the man. Know that you will be in my prayers.

I had the pleasure of knowing Greg since first grade. I will always remember Greg's huge smile and his gentle, soft-spoken manner which often hid his mischievous side. I have so many great memories of Greg at the lunch table in the BHS cafeteria, on band trips, just hanging out, etc. I am truly sorry to Amber and Greg's family and friends for the loss of such a great person. Take comfort in knowing that he is at peace and with God.

Greg was such an incredible person. My heart goes out to his family. Mr and Mrs Bochantin, you are great people. It was easy to see the impact you had on your son. I wish I could be there, today, to share in your sorrow and show my support.

I remember Greg from Boy Scouts, to marching band, to college where he was sooo excited... yes, he wanted to be an Architect! I saw him in the hallway and he said so smiling! He was such a good guy and full of energy with that warm smile of his.
Even though I lost contact with him over the years I am happy he succeeded in becoming an Architect. You know it seems to me that he was able to connect with so many people and on multiple levels. His life on Earth may have ended short but I know that he is in Heaven watching over all of his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this sad time.

Greg is the nicest guy I have ever met. He was kind to all, and always stood up for what was right. You could see his love of life in his smile and in his pranksterous humor. I'm glad I had the opportunity to know him and grow up with him. I know this is hard but someday by God's grace we will all see him again.
I wish I had the words to make it all better. I wish we had a way to hold on to him forever. Look in your heart for the memories, he will always be there.
May his memory be eternal.

While we are all sad of your sudden passing we can only remember the good times that were had. From the days when we were young and went camping and fishing almost monthly. When we were in town it was rollerskating, cruising the strip in the green duster, or going to bowl in league on a Sunday morning. We all know that your one of your joys was playing in the jazz band. Your time with us was short but it was well remembered and enjoyed by many. You touched many hearts during your time with us. I know I will not forget.
To Ken and Lynn Greg will be waiting for you with his big smile.
To Amber- you were the love of his life. Remember the good times you had and know that he loved you.
And finally to Greg- play loud, my friend, so when we come calling we'll know where to go.

We should all feel grateful that we knew him even if it was for too short a time. My thoughts and prayers are with Amber and all of Greg's family and friends.

Greg and Amber came to North Carolina about two years ago and changed the face of Greensboro. With his big, easy smile, Greg made friendships that defied their timelines. Contributions Greg made wherever he went will long out live his existence on Earth.
May God bless and keep his family.
