My sincere condolences to all of Hal's family.
I never met Hal face to face, but we had many enjoyable
conversations on Radio, EchoLink and Internet. He was a very dear friend and I am sure if we'd met, even more so.
May His Soul Rest in Peace and May all his family be comforted in this time of Sadness.
