David was my manager at Crane Merchanding Systems. He is and always will be my favorite boss of all time. David's friendship and kindness was truly special to me and my family. He will be greatly missed by all.

Lynn & Family,
Deeply sorry to hear of your loss. I had the pleasure of working closely with David for many years at National Vendors. If levity helps, one of my fondest memories was during a trip to Montreal with David and Tom Edwards for a trade conference. It was winter and we were walking after a dinner. I managed to slip and fall on the sidewalk ice in catastrophic fashion - to which David and Tom found immense humor. I'll always remember David's hearty laughter during the moment. He and Tom enjoyed the faux pas so much, both opted not to help me up and took in all the entertainment value they could. He will be missed.

Dear Lynn, Family and Friends,
I don't know you, and haven't seen David since we moved to South Carolina in 1997, but David and I worked together and became good friends at Coinco, where we were picked as 2 of the 20 "future company leaders" to attend Coinco's special Washington University Executive Training program. This truly was a good bonding experience, and David and I have stayed in contact since, sharing experiences and advice on business, etc.
David was honest, hard-working and I'm sure a good father and provider. I had no idea he was experiencing health difficulties, and surely want to express my condolences to the family and friends in this hour of loss.
We will also make a contribution to the American Cancer Society as you have requested.

I attended school with David at Our Lady's and then at St. Pius. He was one of the most courteous and friendly guys I had the pleasure of knowing. I was thinking about him a couple weeks ago when I passed the house where he lived in Festus, wondering how he was doing. Sending prayers of peace and comfort during this time.
