I was saddened to learn of Don's passing. I knew him through Main Street Books. During the occasional visits when I was working, Don left a lasting impression with me. He was a true Renaissance Man with an eclectic taste in books, art, and music. He awakened me to the beautiful art of Vermeer as well as enriching my reading experiences.
My sympathies are extended to his family and friends.
Don shall be missed.
