I remember Mr. Bobbitt / "Coach" fondly from my time at Rossman. He was a blessing. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

It is so difficult to lose someone who was like a brother to me while we were growing up in Sullivan and living several years only 2 houses apart. Although he was 3 years older than me, he took me under his wing and shaped my life from grade through high school. Lots of games,fun and sports with a guy you knew was very special. He had to affect so many in such positive ways and I am very proud and fortunate (as so many others are) to have known him. May God bless all of his family.

I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Bobbitt. He was a great neighbor and has a wonderful family. I will always cherish the memory he created for all of us by him cutting grass (early in the morning) and the love of his yard. With deepest sympathy.

I am so deeply saddened that Mr. Bobbitt / Charlie / Coach Bobbitt … is no longer with us ... He was a great neighbor and friend ... I have known the Bobbitt family for most of my life ... and considered myself very lucky to have had such neighbors ... I will always remember Charlie being a laid back and soft spoken man ... kind of like my own father ... and how Charlie loved animals and sports so much ... I won't miss Charlie getting up and cutting the grass early in the mornings though :-) … he was always doing something … a "real deal" of a human … I will always cherish the great fun and memories with everyone on St. Mary's Drive and how our parents let us all get away with some pretty silly things ... I will miss Mr. Bobbitt / Charlie … dearly and will keep the Bobbitt Family in my thoughts and prayers through out this trying time ... We have all been so very blessed to have had a man like Charlie Bobbitt in our lives ... May he rest in Peace ! … Sincerely and with Love … Jim " Jimmy" Edgar Jr. … the nutty neighbor to the north …

I and my family our sending our deepest condolences. Were so sorry for your loss.
Steve has been telling us so many stories of his Dad. People here have been telling us of his life when he lived here. We enjoyed knowing him and hearing it all.
