As one of my earliest bosses, Don taught me quite a bit. I lost contact with him after I left the company, but utilized the lessons he taught me continuously. He loved MEMC and was dedicated to it's success. He was a tough boss, but once you earned his trust and respect, he defended you like you were family. He was a great mentor and friend. Peace be to you Don.
