Richard Brundage Obituary

Brundage, Richard Barney of Ladue, passed away November 21, 2012, at age 83, after a short illness. Barney was born in 1929, the son of Ethel Mae Brundage (née Morris) and Ralph W. Brundage of Oakfield, NY. He graduated from Cornell University, served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army in Korea, and received his master's in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He received 12 patents while working as an electrical engineer at Lincoln Electric and Emerson Electric Company. He loved his family, investing, and sports. Barney's wife of over 50 years, Bobbie, passed away in 2010. He is survived and much loved by their three children Scott, Lorna and Robert; and his grandchildren, Ian and Elise Frelinger. Services: Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. and funeral services will be at 12:45 p.m., both on Thursday, November 29, at Schrader Funeral Home, 14960 Manchester Boulevard, Ballwin, MO, (636) 227-5511. Services will be immediately followed by burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
