Very sad news to here of Steve's passing. I hired Steve at Ameristar and he was not only a great chef but an awesome guy. To his family you have my deepest condolences and you all are in my prayers. RIP Steve.... You will be missed buddy... Arvy

I remember Steve from middle school and high school. He always put a smile on my face and he could make me laugh so easily. He was a great guy and we were all lucky to have known him. His family will be in my prayers.

Some of us did not have the pleasure of knowing Steve in his younger years. It is obvious that he was vibrant and full of life. It is easy to see this even now. All you have to do is look at his wife and children. The same delightful smile and affection he displays and radiates to everyone he came in contact with. He is adored by his beautiful daughters that light up when they see him. The unconditional love displayed to his wife was never ending. Although Steve has departed from this space and time, his love and spirit will always be with his loved ones. As his children grow, you will see him live through them. It is hard not to be sad during this time of a life cut so short, but I am sure that Steve would want us to celebrate his life and be there for his wife and children. We can honor his memory by reminding his children of the love he had for them. My prayers will continue for Steve and his family. We all should be thankful for the way Steve impacted our lives as a gain instead of viewing time with him as a loss.
