Vi as I called her was my favorite and most cherished tenant at St. Clair County Housing. She was so loving and loved to talk about her family as well as her early life. She will truly be missed by me. God loved her best.

Dear Debra and Denise,
It was wonderful to meet you and inspiring to see you continue to care for Ms. Raaf at a time when she needed you most. I know you made her final days meaningful and loving.

We were very saddened to learn of Vi's passing. She was a long-time family friend. For the last several years our contact was mostly limited to Christmas Card exchanges, but it provided a way to stay in contact. She was a wonderful person ---nothing but pure "class." We had the upmost respect for Vi and how she lived her life. To her nieces and nephews, including the second and third generations, she loved you very much and appreciated what you did for her. We are truly sorry for your loss. With Vi's passing, the world lost a "true treasure."
