Dear Mike and family,
I just heard of Anne's passing away. I am shocked and saddened and my heart goes out to all of you. I will always think of Anne as a dear, sweet friend. I loved her smile, her energy, and her zest for life! Although it has been many years since Anne and my Berkley High and Central Michigan days she has always held a special place in my heart. May Jesus comfort you and your family, Mike. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Anne,
I'm sure you were brave battling your Cancer. I didn't know it until your last month of living, otherwise I would have been by your side and helped in any way I could.
As I understand you did it with such dignity, which was your nature. I'm sure you didn't complain either.
I knew you when you lived at River Valley Apartments. You and Mike did so much for me, like taking me to Doctors appointments when I was ill with Cancer as well as other doctor's appointments. I'm sure having Mike and your sons as well as your daughter's devotion helped you endure through your battle. Thank God for them. Also thank God you were able to see your first born grandchild.
You will always be my friend in body, in mind and in spirit. Be comfortable, peaceful, and please save a place for me. Until we see each again .... God Bless.

Dear Mike and Jason, Just learned of your loss. Ann was a wonderful person and she touched my life in many ways. Fond memories of our days at the ballpark with Jason and John. I am so sorry for your loss.

Mike and family,
I met Anne through OSMM and was blessed to have some amazing prayer experiences with her praying over me. I also felt so welcome in her presence as she would greet me so warmly anytime I was able to make it to Vandalia. Words cannot take away your pain but know that you are all in my prayers as you try to figure out your lives without her. Just know that you have an amazing angel in heaven!

I am so sad for your loss and am sorry I wasn't able to come to either service. You and Anne meant SO MUCH to my Mom, Ruth Hale! I grew up in Berkley Mi with Anne...we were friends through Jr.High and High school...my last time seeing her was a visit to your house in Traverse City on our way back from our honeymoon. We had a great time seeing your family. A few years later we lost touch...She always came up in talks with other friends...so many good memories of Anne. I am so sorry for your loss..Anne will always be a good thought in my many memories. Anne was a very special person. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mike, Chris and Family,
My heart is with each of you during this sad time. Yes we rejoice that Anne is with the Lord, but it truly is one of the most heart breaking things to endure the loss of a Spouse/Mother. I lost my mom six months ago and know it is only through the strength and support of family and friends that you get through each day. Take comfort in each other. Her children are a true testament of the wonderful woman she was. I will always remember the gentle kindness of her son, Chris, running sound for us at the 12:15 mass when I used to sing at IW. Dear Mike. I just heard this very sad news of your loss. My heart goes out to you. I recall the wonderful 4th of July gatherings in my office and standing on the balcony with family and friends and watching the fireworks with you, Anne and the kids. Anne was, and is, a Holy Woman of God, gracing all who met her with her presence. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mike and all her family. I have very fond memories of Anne and other prayer group members (Thursday nights at Incarnate Word) laying hands on me and praying for me. I always felt the Holy Spirit with all of us.
