Dorothy Ellen Miller

Miller, Dorothy Ellen 6/30/1914 - 2/7/2013. Predeceased by her mother and father, James and Letta Miller; two brothers, David Emerson and James Eldon Miller. Dorothy graduated from Southwest Missouri State. She was a dedicated Webster Groves Elementary school teacher for the majority of her life and retired in 1979. She adored children, playing bridge and traveling throughout her 98 years. Thank you to all the caring staff at Mary Queen and Mother Center and Odyssey Hospice for keeping Dorothy in comfort and good company. In tribute to Dorothy's love of education, donations may be made to the D.E. Miller Endowed Scholarship at the Missouri State University Foundation in Springfield, 300 South Jefferson, Suite 100, Springfield, MO 65806.
