Chapman, Carolyn 93, of Chesterfield, passed away Wednesday, June 26, surrounded by family, friends, love and light. Carolyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Beyond that, Carolyn was experience. She was simply the experience she lived; she was golf, she was bridge, she was music and travel. The countless number of people who were lucky enough to have experienced her found her fiercely loyal with a great sense of humor and tenacious spirit. As she aged, Carolyn learned to stop trying to figure things out and just live life to the fullest. Carolyn's legacy to her family is to completely experience life, to love, risk, keep moving, always laugh and be kind. She will be greatly missed. Carolyn is survived by her children David, Barbara and Sallie Sanborn, grandchildren Jonathan and Noah, granddaughter-in-law Rosy, great-grandchildren Genevieve and Johanna, daughter-in-laws Sofia and Linda and son-in-law Steve. Donations can be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital.
