Cecilia Chamberlin

Chamberlin, Cecilia (nee Uelk) Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Thurs., Feb. 17, 2011. She was 96 years old and died peacefully at her home. Beloved wife of the late Charles D. Chamberlin; dear mother and mother-in-law of Stephen (Marianne), Ralph, Gerald (Sue) and Charles (Blanche) Chamberlin and Charlene (Terry) Rottler; dear grandmother of Ronald, Chad and Charles Chamberlin, Jr. and Jeffrey (Greta), Karen and Lisa Rottler; dear great-grandmother of Lauren, Ella and Rio Chamberlin; dear sister of Theresa Witte and the late Mary Viefhaus, Frances Guelbert, Virginia Kesselring, Florence Sellenriek and Catherine Bergner; our dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend. Cecilia was one of seven daughters of the late Stephen and Mary Uelk. The family is grateful to Cecilia's loving caregiver Koeika Koko Chatman. Services: Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Monica Catholic Church, 12136 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Sat., Feb. 26, 10 a.m. with visitation at church from 9-10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, masses preferred or donations to the American Heart Assn. appreciated.
